Orders placed before 10 am PST will be shipped by the next business day*. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out with two methods available and will be shipped by USPS.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR DAVINCI ARTIQ CARTRIDGE VAPORIZER:
The DaVinci ARTIQ Cartridge Vaporizer falls under a regulatory classification that prohibits shipment through major carriers, including USPS. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but please anticipate a delivery window of up to 2-3 weeks through a third-party carrier.
While we subsidize most of the shipping cost, a charge of $9.99 will be incurred at checkout for the ARTIQ and/or ARTIQ accessories. Please be aware that all ARTIQ orders will mandate an adult signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of purchase.
- IMPORTANT: We recommend a valid contact number be added to the shipping information at check-out. If the carrier is unsuccessful at the time of delivery and can’t contact you, the order will be returned to us. The order will then be refunded minus the shipping cost and a new order will need to be placed.
We are always looking to expand our shipping reach for the ARTIQ, but unfortunately, there are still some zip codes that our 3rd party carriers can’t deliver to. We apologize for the inconvenience.
TRACKING:
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during the time of your order.
ARTIQ Tracking: Tracking can be delayed due to the use of regional carriers for the ARTIQ and its accessories. Please allow a time frame of 2-3 weeks for delivery.
