We couldn’t agree more with that statement. Quality should be indeed job no.#1!
Quality is what separates you from the rest. Customers want quality - nothing else. If you pay for something, you expect impeccable quality for whatever it is, right?
This Forbes article written by Steve Olenski expounds this very subject of quality and we quote:
