How does the ARTIQ 10mm Water Tool Adapter work?

Remove the ARTIQ's flat mouthpiece and replace it with the 10mm Water Tool Adapter (silicone). Insert the 10mm stem into your water piece and draw through it. The ARTIQ's already-cooled vapor — chilled up to 90% by the elongated stainless steel air path — passes through the water for an additional layer of filtration and cooling.

What size water piece is needed for the ARTIQ adapter?

The adapter is 10mm — compatible with 10mm female water tools. For 14mm pieces, a 10mm-to-14mm bridge adapter is needed (not included). Most travel rigs and mini bubblers are 10mm; most full-size bongs are 14mm.

Does adding a water tool reduce the ARTIQ's vapor cooling advantage?

No — it adds to it. The ARTIQ's stainless steel air path cools vapor before it reaches the adapter, and the water piece cools it further. There's a minor terpene trade-off with water filtration, as with any device, but the draw comfort gain is significant particularly at the ARTIQ's medium and high heat modes.
