On a typical 510 battery, vapor travels only the length of the cartridge mouthpiece before you inhale it. The ARTIQ extends that path inside the body, giving vapor room to cool before it reaches you. The result is vapor that is on average 90% cooler, without harsh, hot draws.

How to choose a 510 thread battery
A 510 thread battery powers a pre-filled oil cartridge through the industry-standard 510 connection. They all screw onto the same carts, but they do not all deliver the same draw.
Cartridge fit
Check that your carts are standard 510 thread and that the battery fits their size. The ARTIQ holds most 0.5g to 1.0g standard cartridges. It does not fit oversized carts.
Vapor temperature
Most batteries put the cart's mouthpiece right at your lips, so vapor arrives hot. A longer airpath cools it first. This is the single biggest difference you will feel in a draw.
Heat settings
Adjustable heat lets you match the battery to the oil. Lower settings bring out flavor, higher settings produce bigger draws. The ARTIQ has three heat modes.
Battery and charging
Look for USB-C and pass-through charging, so you can use the battery while it charges. The ARTIQ has both.
Discretion and build
An exposed cart is easy to spot and easy to break. The ARTIQ conceals the cartridge inside an anodized aluminum body.

Start low. Lower settings preserve flavor and are gentler on the cart. Step up if you want bigger draws or your oil is thick.
How do I charge the ARTIQ?
