Ensure your device is charged using the included USB-C cable. Try a different cable and power source. If using a removable battery model, check that the battery is properly seated. Perform a hard reset by pressing the power button 5 times rapidly.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the DaVinci app is updated. Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Ensure your device firmware is up to date via the app.

Keep the device plugged in during the update. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the update fails, restart the app and try again. Contact support if the issue persists.

Grind your material finely and pack the oven firmly but not too tight. Start at a lower temperature (350°F) and work up. Use Smart Path mode for a progressive session.

Low (350-370°F) for flavor, Medium (370-400°F) for balanced sessions, High (400-430°F) for maximum extraction. Use precision temperature mode for exact control.

Smart Paths automatically raise the temperature over the course of your session. Select a Smart Path from the device menu or the DaVinci app. Each path provides a different experience from mild to intense.

While the device is still warm, use the included brush to sweep out remaining material. For deeper cleaning, use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol (90%+). Let dry completely before use.

Remove the vapor path and soak it in isopropyl alcohol for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and let dry completely. Clean after every 5-10 sessions for best performance.
