The EQ offers two modes: 

• Precision Temperature Mode: Set any temperature from 450-650°F (232-343°C). The temperature remains constant throughout your session for optimal flavor consistency. 

The default temperature is 550°F (288°C) or your last set precision temperature. 

• Smart Path™ Mode:  

 Choose from 4 customizable paths. Default Smart Paths are: 

• Atomic: 600-620°F (316-327°C) 
• Clouds: 560-580°F (293-394°C) 
• Flavor: 520-540°F (271-282°C) 
• Terpene: 480-500°F (249-260°C) 

 You can customize the paths, duration and name under the settings screen.  

 Fill the bubbler no more than halfway up. Alwaysremovethe bubbler from the base before filling to avoid water damage. Use clean or distilled water for best performance and replace regularly.

Click the Command Button 5 times to power the EQ on or off. The device automatically shuts down after 5 minutes of inactivity or when the battery becomes critically low.

 You have two options: 

• Cold Start: Load concentrates into the quartz crucible before turning on the heater for more flavorful, smoother vapor as terpenes are individually expressed 
• Hot Start: Load concentrates once the crucible is hot for higher strength vapor 

Use the included loading tool and avoid overloading the crucible.

The Carb Cap is optimizedfor vapor production by injecting fresh air into the crucible during a session, pushing extracts towards the hottest part of the crucible. Close the carb cap, press down on the air inlet with a soft touch, and massage in a steady circular motion while inhaling. Open the carb cap while inhaling to clear any remaining vapor from the bubbler.

The3000mAh battery provides approximately 50 hits, though this varies based on runtime, temperature settings, and usage conditions.

Absolutely! You can adjust LED lights (with multiple light shows), screen brightness, and choose from 30+ background themes to make your EQ your own.

Clean the crucible after each session whileit'sstill warm. Use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol andwipein a circular motion. This prevents buildup and ensures better flavor for your next session.

Detach the bubbler from the base, remove the mouthpiece, and discard any liquid. Add isopropyl alcohol, rock salt and swirl to dissolve reclaim.It's best to soak it in a bag to really get the iso and rocksalt in there. Flush thoroughly with clean water to remove any solvent residue.

Check the connection between the heater and base periodically. Use an isopropyl alcohol wipe or cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the connection points if needed. The LED lights underneath the heater will flash green whenthere'sa successful connection.

Yes! The quartz crucible is removable and replaceable. To disconnect: unscrew the retention ring, then gently pull the crucible off the heater. To reconnect: carefully seat the crucible onto the heater, install the O-ring, and screw the retention ring back on.

• Never submerge the heater or base in liquid 
• Avoid prolonged soaking of silicone parts in isopropyl alcohol 
• Don't blow or exhale into the mouthpiece, as this may flood the base and damage internal components 

Ensure the device is fully charged (2-3 hours). If it stillwon'tpower on after charging, contactDaVincicustomer support.

Check that the heater is properly connected to the base. The LED lights underneath the heater should flash green upon successful connection. If not, reconnect and inspect the connectors. Clean the connection points with isopropyl alcohol if needed.

 While the device is turned off, press and hold the Command Button for 10 seconds until the device vibrates. This will reset your EQ to factory settings.

Try performing a factory reset. If the issue persists, contact DaVinci support for assistance.

This is normal.The device vibrates twice when there are 10 secondsremainingin your session, giving you a heads up that your session is ending.

For maximum flavor and terpene preservation,use lower temperatures in the EQ Electric Quartz System(450-510°F). Cold start loading also enhances flavor by allowing different terpenes to express individually as temperature rises.

Use higher temperatures (580°F and above), try Smart Path™ 3 or 4, and consider hot start loading. You can also extend your session for additional vapor production.
